Refund Policy

Unopened Shipping Packages

Unopened shipping packages can be returned for a full refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase, which is defined as the date we received the order through US mail, or the date we received electronic confirmation of an order on the web site.  All transportation costs shall be borne by the owner and the risk of loss shall be upon the party initiating the transportation. Returns for refunds must be sent to: Allied at 1933 E. Dublin-Granville Rd., #306, Columbus, OH  43229.

Opened Shipping Packages

Opened shipping packages cannot be returned for refund.  In the event that a defect, malfunction or failure occurs or is discovered during the warranty period, the manufacturer will repair or replace at its option the product or component part(s) which shall appear in the reasonable judgment of the manufacturer to be defective or not to factory specifications – see warranty description for full details.
